march 31 update

1. What did you accomplish this week? This week I planned out some healthy meals I can eat and what foods I can't eat. 2. What are you working on right now? Right now I am starting my week of no sweets and I am filming the process while also writing down how I feel and if it's different than normal. 3. What do you plan to do next? Next I plan to put all the video clips together and start the power point part of my project with how I felt about the experience and if i accomplished my goal.

While I am drastically changing my diet, there are also ways to gradually start eating more healthy foods.  My project helps solve the problem of the average American's unhealthy lifestyle. To show that a busy high schooler can do it, might encourage people to do the same and think about what they eat in a day.  I am a good person to do this project as my diet ref...
